Our experience was marred by delays during check-in, as we were kept waiting until 17:30 for our room despite arriving well before 16:00. The staff's communication was lacking, as we were promised a call once the room was ready but never received one, leading to frustration. Furthermore, when we sought assistance, staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which added to our disappointment during our stay.
